Matematikens Hopp - Kängurutävlingen den 17 mars
Kangourou sans Frontières är en internationell rörelse som årligen genomför en matematiktävling med inriktning på alla elever, det är alltså inte en elittävling. År 2010 deltog ca 5,8 miljoner elever i 40 länder. Verksamheten startade i Frankrike 1994, med 500 000 deltagare. Året därpå deltog 7 länder. Sverige deltog första gången 1999, med klassen Benjamin. Kängurun - Matematikens hopp har initierats i Sverige av SKM, Svenska kommittén för matematikutbildning. Den genomförs i samarbete med NCM, Nationellt Centrum för Matematikutbildning och med stöd av Skolverket.

Math help unique project
The school's maths teachers are in contact with the students during evenings and weekends, helping them with math questions.
Help and support is available by phone, text message (SMS) or email. This way students can always get help when getting stuck at a problem, enabling them to move forward.

Recreation room
The schools new recration room has now been officially opened by the students. This room is appriciated by the students, they can play billiards, air hockey, Nintendo Wii and relax in the sofas.

The school attends World Childrens Prize Cermony
Students and teachers are representing the school in Stockholm City Hall, where Graca Machel and Nelson Mandela will awarded with the World Childrens Prize, on april 26 in the presence of Queen Silvia.

The Museum of Ethnography
The school is working with the Museum of Ethnography in Stockholm to enhance learing about different cultures development. The museums educators are specialists in their fields contribute to the development of the schools knowledge and at the same time makes the education interesting and real.
